What services do I offer?
How can I help?
I will listen to you, use my experience to try and identify the cause of your pain, help improve your symptoms & educate you on how you can help yourself going forward so that you can get back to, or continue the activities that you enjoy.
I will take a complete history, including any medical issues and details of any previous treatment you may have sought elsewhere. You will receive a full and thorough assessment prior to discussing a plan of treatment for you.The assessment & treatment of a problem can be adapted to fit work-related injuries, children, the elderly, amateur & professional athletes as well as those suffering from general aches & pains.
All treatment plans are individualised and designed specifically for your needs. Levels of pain and length of time of symptoms may dictate how we proceed in order for your to achieve your goals. I want to get to the bottom of why you are in pain or struggling to perform a specific exercise or task rather than just treating the symptoms.
