What is Sports Therapy?

Sports Therapy focuses on determining the true cause of an injury or pain (rather than just treating the symptoms) and aims to return you to your personal goals. Sports Therapists are trained to assess, treat and rehabilitate musculo-skeletal issues and have the knowledge to refer on to another practitioner or medical professional if your issue falls outside of our scope of practice.

Testimonials

What customers say
I have been receiving deep tissue sports massage from Emma, on a monthly basis, for 2 years now. I have a post operative shoulder problem which gives me a stiff and sometimes mildly painful shoulder and neck. The treatment is delivered in a highly professional way and I find Emma informative and very knowledgeable about her subject.
Peter B.
I’m so pleased with the “work” you did on my shoulder, I have so much more movement in it and a lot less discomfort. The exercises are easy to do and are making a real difference. Thank you again.
Lynne
