Graduate Sports Therapist BSc (Hons) MSTA

I have a First Class Honours degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Bath & have nine years of experience working within a clinic and with sports teams. I also have a degree in Exercise & Sports Sciences from the University of Exeter. In addition to this, I have experience of working within a sports club providing sports injury therapy support at training & on match days. Through personal experience of injury & the difficulties of returning to sport following this, I have a good understanding & empathise with anyone finding themselves in the same situation. My aim is to provide an optimum level of treatment & advice for those who are seeking a return to fitness.

When you come for an appointment with me, you will receive a session tailored specifically for your needs. This could be for relaxation purposes, preparation for a competition or for injury assessment & treatment. I will use a range of techniques following discussion with you & will include an explanation of why I am proposing to use them.

Sports massage

I have experience of working with elite athletes & was delighted to accept a role as a Sports Massage Practitioner at London 2012 working on behalf of LOCOG (London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games) based at Eton Dorney & the Rowing & Sprint Canoe Athletes Village. This was an amazing opportunity to work with Olympic athletes & a highly experienced team of practitioners.

I am also a STOTT PILATES® Mat Plus Certified Instructor and currently teach in both private & clinic environments.
